Scope of Offerings

EconEthics Hub provides advisory sessions, digital materials, and physical merchandise aimed at supporting ethical decision making in economic contexts.

Cancellations and Reimbursements

We understand that plans may change. This section outlines how reimbursements are handled for each offering type.

Advisory Sessions

If you need to cancel an advisory session, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full reimbursement to your original payment method. If you cancel with less notice, you may reschedule the session once within 30 days without a reimbursement. If we cancel a session, you may choose either a full reimbursement or to reschedule at no extra charge.

Digital Materials

For digital products such as online courses and reports, you have a 14-day review period. To request a reimbursement, contact us via our form within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursement requests made after the 14-day period are not accepted due to immediate access to content.

Physical Merchandise

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To arrange a send-back, contact us for an authorization. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process a reimbursement, less any shipping charges you incurred. If an item arrives damaged, we cover the shipment back to us and provide a full reimbursement.

Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain custom offerings that require specialized preparation or materials are not eligible for reimbursement. This includes one-off projects where resources are committed in advance. We will communicate non-reimbursable status clearly before you confirm your order.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on our site. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
